The bank overall is way behind in technology still requiring paper checks for loan payment which caused me late fees when the online bank payment I made did not reach them in time through the mail. Now I go to the bank and physically hand them my check and get a receipt to guarantee the post date. Once my mortgage is paid I will never use this bank again.
