- VPVu PhamOct 28, 20221.0There is not a single customer in the bank but we have to make an appointment to talk to banker. They said it was the short of staff and ask us to wait 30 mins to see if the person who already made appointment will show up.
- RDRebekah DayriesAug 17, 20221.0Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wells Fargo. Came in for an appointment at 2:30pm, still waiting 20/30 minutes later. Had to go up to the teller to ask about seeing someone. Thankfully she got the service manager to help, but he gladly took his time coming out. All I needed was a notary!!! Ridiculous.
