- JFJosh FlemingSep 17, 20215.0So after months of using these crazy banking apps like Chime, Varo, Venmo, etc., I was finally able to open up an account with an actual bank bank with Wells Fargo. Well seeing as this is all rather new to me, I ended up doing something wrong on the WF app so my account was temporarily restricted. So I had to go into a branch and had visited this one as it's just down the street from me. And I'm not entirely sure if I'm getting this correct but I believe his name is Jovan. From start to finish, he was the friendliest and most helpful banker I could've asked for. I had been so confused as to what was going on so I had quite a few questions and he made the whole visit a pleasure to deal with and answered all my questions and guided me in the right direction for what steps I needed to take to resolve the issues I had so if you're seeing this, Jovan, you're the real MVP and I really appreciate your help. I will continue to visit this branch from here on out!
