She then went to approach the financial advisor to inquire about a loan. He didn't even bother to look up,walk over or introduce himself, or even ask any context to my request. Completely dismissive and not at all interested in doing his job. I am shocked he does any business at all. I decided I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Then look no further, this is the branch you want to visit. 4 bankers, one with a customer, 3 on standby, and 1 clearly on its personal cell phone. If you don't have an appointment, they won't even bother to help you. I've been with Wells Fargo since I was a teenager, and now it's time to look elsewhere because if this is acceptable, their customer service has fallen hard.
