I had an appointment to open a business account, but due to their socialist, communist and anti-American policies I was turned away. I never do business where they post30 -06.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the bank manager, and I must say it was one of the worst encounters I've had as a customer. Despite reaching out for assistance, I was utterly disappointed by the lack of interest, support, and professionalism. The so-called Branch Leader seemed disinterested from the start, offering minimal assistance and showing no initiative to address my concerns. It's disheartening to encounter someone in a managerial position who lacks the basic customer service skills necessary for such a role. Not only did I leave the branch without a resolution to my problem, but I also felt as if my concerns were completely dismissed. The manager's unhelpful attitude and unwillingness to take responsibility for resolving issues have left me questioning the competence of the entire branch. I expected more from a bank that prides itself on customer service. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before seeking assistance from this particular so-called Branch Leader II.

I am giving a 1 star because I can not give anything lower. This place is terrible, stay away!!!! The manager in Richardson will keep his back to you while he plays on the internet and the bank will totally mess up your account. They just shut down one of our accounts for no good reason claiming it was suspected that someone was compromising it. They did this minutes after telling us they were not going to it that way and just going to monitor it. You have no idea how many problems they caused me, not to mention expense. Upper management is terrible also, wise azz with chips on their shoulders. I moved money out a few years ago because of this guy and am about to do it again. I complained to a VP in Florida only to find he sent me an e/mail intended for the manager I complained about in error. The short version of this e/mail word for word was ( Hey, what's this guy talking about) , rather than give me a name and also went on as well to tell him how to cover up the complaint. I can go on and on, but do not have enough time. The only good thig this Richardson branch has going for it is a girl name Tarsha who is always trying to put their fires out and help you as much as she can. I thought that the new owners, Truist would clean out the bad employees and management, but so far have not. Do yourself a favor and stay away, avoid headaches!
