- EJEmma JeanSep 1, 20251.0Never put your money here. EVER. Fraud alert goes off 24/7, but that’s not even close to the level of braindead, incompetent behavior from the staff here. This bank somehow shredded my fathers Debit card in person and and cancelled mine when it was in my wallet, and instead of opening a new account for my father, they gave him a debit card that is connected to my checking account that I’ve had since 2018 without informing either of us that we were spending each other’s money since they don’t understand what opening a new account means.
- JJJamesDec 29, 20211.0Went to deposit a check, the teller said that everything was fine multiple times, when I checked online banking a few days later I noticed that not only was the check not deposited, but I was surcharged for trying to deposit the check for an amount that was almost equal to its value. Also their system will randomly go down and not let any payments through. Terrible in every possible way
