  Idk.. it would seem like you could make time to sign a new customer up, regardless of appointment time. Especially when you have 3 people sitting on their rumps doing what appears to be nothing. $10k/ month in personal transactions just lost- not counting the $50k business transactions.

  I hate to leave this review, but this bank is a joke. First, a couple months ago I received a check from an associate in Canada. The check was clearly made out in USD , but the teller tried to cheat me out of over $20 because she insisted on converting it to Canadian dollars. I could send overlooking this as a simple mistake, except for 3 reasons: the check was issued in USD, the issuer confirmed it was USD, and the check was issued from a bank in New York. I had to get the branch manager to clear the check in the proper currency because her teller refused to do so Anyway... I'll just write the first incident off to teller incompetence. The second and most recent is far worse. This bank closed my account and withheld over $700 in funds for no reason whatsoever. When I tried to inquire as to where my money went, they pretended it was never there to begin with, even though I have transaction history proving if was. To summarize, the tellers can't read and the bankers steal money

  Subject: Disappointing Customer Service Experience Dear Wells Fargo Customer Service Team, I’m writing to express my frustration and disappointment with a recent experience I had with your customer service team. While I truly appreciate the professionalism of Jessica—who was very helpful, respectful, and patient during our interaction—I unfortunately cannot say the same for Emily. Emily was not helpful at all. She spoke to me in a condescending tone, made me feel as if my concerns weren’t valid, and showed no willingness to listen or work toward a resolution. I left the conversation feeling dismissed and disrespected. What was most troubling is that at no point did Emily make any effort to retain me as a customer. There was no empathy, no attempt at understanding, and no willingness to explore solutions that might have encouraged me to continue banking with Wells Fargo. Customer service plays a critical role in maintaining trust and loyalty. While Jessica left a very positive impression, Emily’s attitude and lack of support significantly undermined my confidence in your customer care. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the quality of service moving forward. Sincerely, Sam Holmes

  I hate coming to the Rhome Branch. Called 3 times and they transfer my call to a recording then they have horrible hours 9am to 5pm week and 8am to 12pm weekends. Arrived at 11:30am on a Saturday and had to wait 15min to get help and when I say I want to open an account Kelli Robinson says “Oh it’s almost closing time and I can’t you need to come earlier” I’m tired of this bank and the horrible customer service, I will for sure be moving my business elsewhere.
