- CDChris “DrDonger” DOct 1, 20251.0I came to this Wells Fargo branch in the middle of the day on a Wednesday to make some business deposits. The bank was empty and had 4 employees working. I've never had problems making deposits hundreds of deposits for my businesses at other Wells Fargo branches. This branch took 30 minutes to do a single deposit and didn't understand the concept of checks being made out to the business DBA. Wasted my whole lunch and I left before they could get to my second deposit. The management needs to hire better staff.
- RSRichard ShoreAug 2, 20253.0Covid policy and the willingness to freeze accounts of Canadian truckers during their protests, have created trust issues between this bank and I. They have protected my money very well. I don’t like the constant questions ( are you buying something nice? ) every time I withdraw large amounts. Today I was informed they could not accept money from the Loomis armored truck due to authentication, so they needed to limit withdrawals. I was able to get what I needed by driving around to ATM. Having said all this…. The manager on duty when I go is fantastic. Truly, if not for her I would have shut the account long time ago.

I have been a customer for over 10 years, I had someone get my debit card information and stole quite a bit of money from me literally leaving my account with a zero balance. Their answer is to wait up to 10 days with NO money. I've not really ever dealt with fraud but once in over 10 years, but this is their customer service. I would advise anyone and everyone to steer totally clear of this bank!!! Should anything like this happen to you, they'll leave you and your family hurting too without a single care to locate the truth and fix the issue in a timely manner. Not only that, customer service and management will repeatedly hang up on you, even if you're being calm and just asking questions to gain understanding and try and expedite the help. I will be switching banks as soon as possible!!! UPDATE: I got a hold of Ticketmaster myself and they've found the transactions and started the process of refunding them 5 days after calling and begging Wells Fargo to help. I've received zero phone calls from Wells Fargo and zero help!!!
