- CDChris “DrDonger” DOct 1, 20251.0I came to this Wells Fargo branch in the middle of the day on a Wednesday to make some business deposits. The bank was empty and had 4 employees working. I've never had problems making deposits hundreds of deposits for my businesses at other Wells Fargo branches. This branch took 30 minutes to do a single deposit and didn't understand the concept of checks being made out to the business DBA. Wasted my whole lunch and I left before they could get to my second deposit. The management needs to hire better staff.

They have protected my money very well. I don’t like the constant questions ( are you buying something nice? ) every time I withdraw large amounts. Today I was informed they could not accept money from the Loomis armored truck due to authentication, so they needed to limit withdrawals. I was able to get what I needed by driving around to ATM. Having said all this…. The manager on duty when I go is fantastic. Truly, if not for her I would have shut the account long time ago.

There constant outrageous fees are the worst part. This particular branch does have some decent people working for it, but that doesn't make up for the fact they work for such a horrible bank.
