- JMJennifer Martinez6 days ago1.0Victoria was exponentially insensitive to my recent unemployment as I was awaiting my unemployment check. I’ve been with RBFCU since 1989. I will never use your bank again and I will tell everyone who will listen. You all are no longer that warm and comfy bank- you are now just a cold corporate engine. Please see people as human beings and help them even if it’s just your attitude in their time of need. Victoria lacks leadership qualities and hung up on me. So that is where you are putting your money. They also absornbed my aunts $2500 tat her brother accidentally sent to the incorrect account on Christmas. She is on disability. They wouldn’t even call to ask the person if they even realized the mistake and give them the option to return it. Poor human relations. Bye RBFCU. After 36 yrs of my business and my family’s business. You can Thank Victoria !This is what I looked like after speaking with her.
