- SSSLNov 7, 20255.0Great Bank with fantastic customer service. Devin was so nice and helpful and very knowledgeable. She fixed my problem and I am very grateful for all she did. Everyone in bank were so nice and friendly. I love going to the Quinlan Bank it made be smaller than some other closer banks but they certainly make up for it with their great knowledge, friendly attitude, helpfulness, and make you feel right at home from the time you first step in the door! I have definitely found my new American National Bank Of Texas and couldn’t be more grateful and happy!

- SOSherri OharaJun 11, 20252.0Opened an account and did a wire transfer. Went in to pick up the wire transfer. Blonde cashier treated me very suspiciously. Staring me in the eyes. I was buying a boat today. I asked why the suspicion. She said they're trained to detect fraud. She wanted to know who I was buying the boat from etc. Tons of questions. Well lady I got my boat! But I haven't figured you out yet but I definitely will avoid you like the plague! Here's your proof!
- ABAnn Wood (LiL BiT)Oct 12, 20181.0I swear if it's not one thing it's another with this Bank. With this new update they have done they have messed things up so much that it's not even funny. I cannot use my card at the ATM because it won't let me this was supposed to be fixed last month when they originally did this update and realized that this was an issue yeah it is still not fixed. On top of the fact that I have just realized their system is messed up it is charging me charges that the merchant did not do for the exact same amount as the previous charge to it and it is caused me to overdraft my account even though the charges were never actually done and of course you can't get ahold of anybody and when you do they aren't helpful. Now if you call Terrell or Wills Point you get help but not Quinlan you get attitude I'm over it this bank is no longer an option for me not after this spend your money elsewhere trust me it's not worth the hassle
