- MRMarisela RetanaOct 4, 20251.0The lady you see at the front checking customers in, making all kind of excuses not to check in more people after 4:36pm on Friday because they need to close at 5 I rushed from 30min away as soon as I got out of work just to make it on time The witness I needed to notarize a document lives closes by, and its the only reason why I picked that location I already had previously experienced bad experiences. Well now not just my trip was in vain, I lost the chance of having my witness help and I am late turning in my document Just because the document didn’t have the box printed where the Notary Seal would be placed. Like if there is no validity of the seal what so ever if there is no frame around it. I had my laptop on me and opened it in front of her showing her I could immediately add the square she wanted to see. She said she wouldn’t take me because adding the square and printing it would take us more than 30min. Technology is out of hand for her and automatically that makes me go pay for a notary somewhere else. I got the message, they will be there for you sometimes but not for a free service.

Can be slow at times though , there’s a line of 5 of us and I see 6 bankers doing nothing while one works . I make payments and ask questions they answer them as best they can no questions asked for requests and no rushing me . Glad to have them nearby too.
