This is the last straw of many issues about how disconnected they are becoming with their local customers. Making everything you need done online and over the phone. The branch cannot even pull up your account at the local branch. I do not like giving all my information to someone in another country, and the gentleman I spoke with in a service center in Costa Rica was rude and impatient and did not like me asking questions about where he was located and when I asked for his name. No personal service at all anymore. Now I know why all the people I used to know left and went somewhere else. :/
