Back in November I opened up a dispute due to fact that 1 of the items purchased I never received it and the other was of very poor quality. I tried to fix the issue with vendors but they didn't want to help me my claim for reimbursement has been denied twice I sent capital one the information requested and spoke with several representatives. They have denied my refund again in the investigation department they need better representatives. I will Close my account with them and find someone I can trust. As I've NEVER had an issue with them before. But I think it's time to take my business elsewhere. Really upset with them!!!! Don't recommend their investigation team at all as they seem to help the people who are shady. And are just as guilty by helping them... I have requested that a supervisor from the investigation team contact me or give me information to contact them 3 times now they're telling me I didn't send them information they requested I sent them EVERYTHING I HAD!!! they still refuse to help me so at the end of the day one day they will need someone to help them and I pray they find the right help. SO INVESTIGATION TEAM YOU NEED TO REVISIT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS... IN MY OPINION WHICH I AM INTITLED TO I GIVE YOU A BIG 0!!!!!!!!!! IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A BANK THAT WILL HELP YOU SHOULD SOME SHADY STUFF OCCUR WITH YOUR FUNDS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS BANK IS OF NO HELP WHATSOEVER UNLESS YOUR A PROMINENT MEMBER I ASSUME AS THE OWNER RESPONDED TO A DR. THAT GAVE HIM A GOOD REVIEW BUT NOT TO MINE NEEDING HELP WITH HIS INVESTIGATION REP!! BIG FAT 0 IN HELP RETRIEVING YOUR LOST FUNDS DUE TO SHADY PEOPLE STEALING FROM YOU!!!!!!! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR FOR THERE INVESTIGATION SERVICE.
