- SBShannon BedoOct 14, 20251.0Worst Wells Fargo I’ve ever been to. Lobby is beautiful, but there was one person working the lobby and a long line. I waited forever just to make a deposit. Another teller finally came out, and when the next person tried to (finally) move forward, the first teller packed up and left! I know it’s lunch, but that’s normally when people can come to the bank. They need to hire more tellers.

I waited for over an hour! Whereas if I could have just waited for my transactions right there at the counter we could have been done within 10-15 minutes. And the tellers at the counter were absolutely rude!!!! They need to make a “commercial” teller for business transactions only!

Online they are suppose to be open til 5pm. Had to call and reschedule appointment. Welsfargo company was not aware they closed early. Saw many people outside the bank upset with the closing.
