    My experience with Wells Fargo (Legacy & Coit location) has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I’ve had with any financial institution. I had over $160,000 in my account for a long time, and not once did anyone from the bank advise me about important account details — like the fact that if my balance ever dropped below $20,000, I would be charged a monthly service fee. Nobody informed me. No one explained the account policies. I was charged month after month, and only realized this far too late. Even worse, no one at this branch ever took the time to offer financial guidance, investment options, or show any professional care. My money sat there, unused, while I constantly requested to meet with an advisor. Appointments were set and never followed through. They simply forgot about me. I personally dealt with multiple staff members at the branch, and unfortunately, I found them to be poorly trained, uninterested, and unaccountable. I will be naming them in a formal complaint directly to corporate. It’s very clear that client service is not a priority at this branch. There was only one employee who treated me with the attention and care every client deserves. He submitted a complaint on July 13, 2025 on my behalf. He told me someone from Wells Fargo would follow up. Guess what? Nobody ever called. No one addressed the complaint. Not a word. If Wells Fargo had simply explained the terms of the account to me in the beginning — or if just one employee had taken five minutes to care about a loyal client — this could have been avoided. I finally had no choice but to close my account. I feel absolutely taken advantage of, ignored, and disrespected. I trusted this bank with my money, and in return I got silence, fees, and a complete lack of care. Wells Fargo, you’ve lost a client for good.

    The staff is fine. They do their best, the bank however is so broken, their methods are from the 1990's, so behind on everything. I wnet there for a simple wire and it took me 58 minutes with a "banker" only to know he was not eligible to do it. ... and you need to book appointments for a wire. Their processes are antiquated, there methods to modernize are way behind and more often than not they are mired in scandals .. lousy experience, ate my whole afternoon with nothing to show for

    Have been with this bank when it first started as Century Bank. Everyone of their staff treats u like u are family. Very courteous, professional & going out their way to accommodate you. Highly recommended!!

    I am totally frustrated about the service here. Ever since Wells Fargo has been in the news we have been having problems with our accounts; all kinds of fees and charges are showing up. I have had a business account wit them for 8 years and I have never paid a monthly fee and now they tell me that I need to have a minimum balance of 7500 to waive the charge. I went into the store 3 times, called the manager Maci Ford yesterday and today. After calling today, when nobody picked up my call I walked into the store thinking they were busy, I found the tellers yapping and the bankers sitting and standing at the entrance with nothing going on and no customers. After a long wait I was taken to a banker who kept arguing with me that it is not possible that I was not charged over the years and maybe I maintained my balance at 7500 every month. I told her that I haven't done it and she printed this month and the previous month statement. They had changed my account type without telling me. And so there was a charge on the account. I was informed in the morning that Maci would call me and I never heard from her in the morning nor the evening. We are done with this bank.
