I went in 3 times to speak to someone about some fee's that started out of the blue on a business account I've had with them for years and requested to speak with a manager on several occasions; 3 to be exact. I paid the misc fee's and caught up my account after the first visit. Every time I came in regarding the fee's they would tell me that their manager was in a meeting or unavailable and would call me back... Never happened. Its been 6 months and I drained my accounts and switched banks... Not even sure how this is legal... Customer of 7+ years...
