I asked was t they closed, one yelled out yes. I replied its not one o'clock yet. One lady said, "well were closed" Very Rude! Never patronizing that location again I had no ATM card just needed cash.

The staff at this location went above and beyond to squeeze me into their schedule and handled my needs in a very courteous and professional manner. I really appreciate the customer service from Alex, Fernando, and Yara with the variety of requests I had. Thank you!
- PSPeyman SamandiJan 19, 20181.0There is no customer service, they are always short hand. When you go there, at least you need to wait 15-20 minutes to do a transaction. They should hire more staff. I needed only 6k in cash, they said they don’t have it 😐 What is a bank that doesn’t have 6k in cash. Definitely not recommend this branch, it’s a lot better to go to other branch.
