- JTJ TorrSep 29, 20251.0ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The banker was rude and refused to help us. The branch manager was yelling at us refusing to assist. The vice president of this bank needs to re-evaluate the decision of who is qualified to operate a branch and make sure they are willing to provide customer service to the public. There is no excuse for treating customers this way. Do not use this branch!! Go to another and hope for the best. Better yet, find a different bank, one that cares about is customers. This bank doesn't care ~
