Quick to take your money, and quicker to tell you how much they can’t do for you and that you have to help yourself.

I have been looking for a new bank to entrust with my finances. However, when it comes to building a relationship with a new bank, I like to trial out the account first before I start just opening extra accounts. In addition, I like to share minimal information until I feel comfortable. I can say that, my first interaction with this branch was off to a rough start. In attempting to do a withdrawal, I had no idea their process was different. Which in theory, their process is definitely better...when it is executed properly. The execution resulted in an error where my withdrawal was done in error that involved another account. Once I discovered this, I attempted to contact the branch. The issue itself was fully rectified in the end but when speaking to the rep Vincent over the phone, it kind of felt like he was trying to put the blame on me. Regardless, I was glad it got taken care of. But after that, I was just trying to do a simple transaction in the store, I then get hounded by a bunch of questions I was not ready for and started making me feel unease. Then I was greeted with the comment, "Oh you're only here for the $400 promotion because you opened it online. So you'll be leaving after that." Yeah, that definitely shot my confidence in this branch and bank WAY down. Ultimately that was just one location. I will attempt with other locations and see if the demeanor is the same. This branch though, would not feel comfortable with.

Straight garbage some of the most racist and disrespectful customer service in the banking industry. They must have forgot they need the customers we don't need them.

Well now I definitely know they close at 5 which is what the lady continued to reiterate everytime I ask her a question when I arrived in the drive thru. "We close at 5 may I have a deposit slip we close at 5" is there another location that's close to here I'm not from here and I'm depositing money for someone else. "We close at 5!" And then she just walked away Just in case I had any more questions. THANK GOODNESS...I DONT BANK HERE.
