Multiple stores in our field do business with this bank. We have done business with other banks and have never experienced such rude behavior from supposed professionals handling OUR money. They no longer give change to commercial accounts. The tellers are unprofessional and do not value business. Take your business elsewhere.

This company is an absolute joke. I paid my monthly balance early. They still went and took an additional payment. Then the rude rep on the phone tells me I'll get a check in the mail in about 2wks. I said that's unacceptable it should be quicker process. I call my bank wells Fargo and they get my money back in 2 days. Truist 15 days letter and a bunch of now past due fee letters in the mail refund my money. I call them to try and straighten this out seeing what happened and discuss this new late fee and they say we don't waive fees. Also have a debt collector calling me. I've reached out to them multiple times trying to resolve this issue and pay what's do and truist doesn't seem to want to communicate or work the situation. Do not pay your bill early and def do not anticipate any type of good customer service.
