Bank used to give change back, now they say they don’t. What kind of bank doesn’t give change back? Is it because they can’t count? Unfortunately I have to use this bank because of my company, but would never personally choose to trust these people with my money.

Truist Bank charged me "Maintenance Fee" $30 per month for total 11 months without notifying me or letting me know, when I ask for refund, they only refund me $75, but it should be $330. I was with them on the phone for 1 hour, and went to their local branch, they only refund me $75. Be careful if you have account with them, they will steal your money.
