Terrible service, go through the drive thru and wait forever when no one is in line or inside, tellers are unprofessional, can’t count, and rude. Bank used to give change back, now they say they don’t. What kind of bank doesn’t give change back? Is it because they can’t count? Unfortunately I have to use this bank because of my company, but would never personally choose to trust these people with my money.

Please be careful if you have account with TRUIST, they steal your money! Truist Bank charged me "Maintenance Fee" $30 per month for total 11 months without notifying me or letting me know, when I ask for refund, they only refund me $75, but it should be $330. I was with them on the phone for 1 hour, and went to their local branch, they only refund me $75. Be careful if you have account with them, they will steal your money.
