Very friendly staff - unlike too many of my experiences at other Truist banks, whom many of them had borderline rude attitudes in my experiences. But I'd recommend this branch!

Customer service is really trash an employee name andrea bang something don’t deserve to work at a bank her customer service is really trash and she profiles people tried to open a business account with the paper I got from the state when I registered my business my business is a sole proprietorship and she keep asking me for a LLC paper I kept telling her my business is not a LLC when I asked to speak to a manger she said the manager will not be back for 2 weeks which is ridiculous. She’s very rude and lack good customer service
