- DWDawn WarnerSep 29, 20251.0Twoish weeks ago I went in to replace a debt card. I explained I needed my card to go to my legal address. And that my address on file isn’t the same.. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Got redirect twice in the mail. I had also had other business to conduct and was waiting for a call back. Didn’t come. When I called she said look in the mail for the reason then rudely dismissed me. I haven’t had too many problems that haven’t been solved at other locations. I will not use this Truist in the future.

Went in today needing notary services, no customers in and got dismissed with the excuse of a change of policy regarding non bank document . Despite having documents notarized by Truist 1 week ago . Of course I went to a different branch and got everything notarized without any questions. Couldve checked that indeed all my business is with this bank and we use Truist branches for multiple services in TX , GA, FL every day.
