- DWDawn WarnerSep 29, 20251.0Twoish weeks ago I went in to replace a debt card. I explained I needed my card to go to my legal address. And that my address on file isn’t the same.. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Got redirect twice in the mail. I had also had other business to conduct and was waiting for a call back. Didn’t come. When I called she said look in the mail for the reason then rudely dismissed me. I haven’t had too many problems that haven’t been solved at other locations. I will not use this Truist in the future.

They do not send you a debit card, you can not get a temp until the one you finally order comes in. You have no way to spend your own money. AND you can not have a card expedited.
