Long wait times even when nobody else is in the lobby, it just seems like simple things always tend to take a long time across the board at these banks. Have also not been impressed by the technology or lack there of using online baking.was never able to get logged in, despite having the branch set up the application and was way more complicated than any other bank. I’ve used before. Will be taking business elsewhere.
