- KLK LOct 13, 20211.0The drive thru manager (lady with black/brown curly hair) always greets me with a rude attitude whether I go through the drive thru or go inside. This branch also doesn’t have enough help and wait times are longer than other locations, especially if you need to speak to a banker. Would not recommend this location or Prosperity bank. Lots of fraud has occurred ever since they switched from Legacy Texas. I have given it time but I just don’t feel my money is secure with this bank.
