THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY GIVE FALSE INFORMATION, BE AWARE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK, IT'S BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! ****************************** Today is day 6 since First Horizon took my money and never opened my savings account online. I urge everyone to research and read all the bad reviews this bank has everywhere, it's not good at all. I regret so much even considering to do business with this bank, I should've done my homework first before they took my money. They advertise that you can easily open an account in less than 10 minutes and that's a lie! They are promoting you can get up to $700 bonus when you open a new account, so I attempted to open it online, most likely another lie or they'll find an excuse not to pay you the bonus! DO NOT TRUST this bank! Their customer service, sales dept and corporate office have a bunch of unprofessional people! They took my $50 within seconds, and they're refusing to return my money.
