- MKM KHNMay 14, 20132.0They are extremely slow at 2901 Plano branch, they will ask for documents bit by bit every 3 to 4 weeks, then will compare the recent document with initial ones and will raise concern informing there are changes on the recent documents from inital ones, well there will be as life doesn't get stuck in the same point for 3/4 months mostly if you are a dynamic & energetic investor. You may have more or less money in your checking/saving accounts and you may have done other investment through other Banks since you have applied at Bank of Texas. I will highly recommend try a different bank for your loan, I had dissatisfactory level experience with the branch located at 2901 North Dallas Parkway, Suite 100, Plano TX 75093. If you are a small investor and no record of prior investment and your profile/credit remains pretty much in the same place and you don't foresee any growth in near or even far future, this Bank and specially this Plano branch might be good fit for you.
