A “Personal Banker” refused to cash my check, even though I have a business account, ID, debit card, and a check from the same bank. He made up a fake excuse saying they couldn’t do it because “the manager doesn’t know you personally,” He also had a very rude attitude, which is unacceptable in a bank that handles people’s money. Another Bank of Texas branch cashed the same check immediately with no issues.
