Go get a account with this bank. But my review is for the location at Coit and 190. This particular event took place on a day before the June 19th holiday. It was 5minutes till closing, I rushed to arrive in time so that I could get a replacement card and I walked in with 2 minutes to spare and this lady come from behind the counter with the biggest smile and the friendliness may I help you attitude.. her name was Sonja I will never forget it. When I say this lady was not concerned it was closing time or that I need to have a card printed. She took me right into her office and helped me like I was the first one of the day. I was not rushed or looked upon ( it was hot outside and my a/c was out, so i looked a hot mess. She treated me with the sweetness kindness and got my issue all resolved and I can not tell you how kind and polite and professional this kind lady was. Sonja you are a amazing individual.. I will forever be a Bank of Texas customer and so should you.
