- AYAli YousifOct 22, 20231.0So bad customer service, they don't care I have in bank on Saturday 21 I arrived there 11,35 am try to open an checking account and Unfortunately I have Saving account with wellsfargo one of the teller she said y need to come at 11 because it take one hour to open an checking account , I want ask the manger of this branch is that real take one hour to open an checking account and how long to open checking and saving 2 or 3 hours and if y don't take a customers around 11.30 why y close at 12 y should close at 11.30 better

I went in at 4:28 to open an account and I saw a banker literally sitting there doing nothing and was told by a teller in the front that there's no one available and it takes an hour to open an account. And then as I was leaving another banker came to talk to the banker sitting doing nothing and probably talking about me as I was leaving. Never going there again.
- SRStephen RJan 9, 20231.0I’ve never used a more infuriating bank. I am working on closing all of our business accounts at this point because WF is IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. Also, the branch phone automatically transfers to mainline (unhelpful) support. I’ve spent HOURS and HOURS on a simple request and next steps are different every time I call. Edit: I got a call from an Executive Resolution Team after leaving a bad survey. The person from this team was the first person I talked to who actually acted like he cared. However, after promising a call back within 48 hours, I never heard from him again. Now we have a business credit card with US Bank so I can finally say good riddance to the bank that pays billions of dollars in fines for fraud every few years (Wells Fargo in case that isn’t clear). If you are looking for a personal account, go to RBFCU, Chase or Schwab (depending on what kind of account you need).

Once we were asked to set up an account online and that was unsuccessful when we went up there another time the teller, Tracy was so resistant to helping us in any fashion. She did not provide any helpful alternatives but simply kept stating there was nothing she could do for us.
