Typically these require multiple levels of approval and could take 2-3 business days. I advised of my situation and needing to get approval quickly and he had the email out to approvers before I stepped foot outside of the branch and by the time I got home I had an email from my title company that the funds were received. Great conversation and great service - thank you!

We also run our businesses through another bank, but we were excited to start a new business venture and wanted to open the account with Wells Fargo. Unfortunately, we tried calling ahead to make an appointment…no one answered. So we decided to just show up. When we arrived, we were told the next available appointment wasn’t until Friday. We didn’t have the flexibility to wait, so we ended up opening the account at another bank just two hours later. I’m only leaving this review in hopes that this location can improve its responsiveness and availability. We still love the bank and would’ve preferred to stay loyal to Wells Fargo for this new venture.

- SKsanjib karkiFeb 7, 20231.0I asked for few rolls of dimes, the teller I was dealing was very helpful and was ready to provide me but her supervisor stopped her from doing so because I don’t have business account with them.All of sudden they were low on coins and all I asked was 10 rolls.I went there because I have personal account and banking with wellsfargo for last 9 years.I understand all branches have their own policies but I think this is purely matter of her ego.
