My appointment was scheduled for July 17th at 12:30 PM, but because I arrived 15 minutes late, the banker I had originally booked was no longer available. Allan was incredibly patient and kind—he proactively offered to assist and took over my appointment. He carefully helped me look into transactions I had questions about and even printed out my account statements going back seven years. He made sure everything was in order and sorted the pages to ensure nothing was missing. I truly appreciate his outstanding service!

I personally dont want to sit in the drive or in the lobby for 5-20 minutes in line, to place a change order, just to wait another 15 minutes. This is ridiculous and a lack of customer service.
