  2 time trying to open a business account. Under staffed and uncaring location. If you better service goto another bank. I'll be opening a account elsewhere. 0 Stars if I could.

  My experiences at the W.F. Silverlake location have been good over the years. Last week was an above and beyond experience. Personal Banker Dena Lewis was informative, effective and efficient with follow up ensuring my banking needs were met. She is an asset to the W.F. team.

  Deena Roy was OUTSTANDING! I’m a young first time banker and she explained everything so well to me and was able to answer every question and concerns I had I think she needs a raise 😌☝️ And if I could I would definitely make her my personal banker she seems really trustworthy and really knows what’s best ~ Best Regards Kyra H.

  Tried calling all morning today. Keeps routing me to Idaho. Gentlemen said he would use his direct number for me. After 56 rings I hung up.

  Look, I can't tell enough. The bad reviews are true. This bank engages in systematic racism against minorities and targeted discrimination. It is not the only bank. But they will deny checking accounts for no reason whatsoever or anything they feel like. You can't sue them so you have little options. What kind of scum would block an individual from putting money in any bank in your whole country. Where are you supposed to keep your money? Because, nowadays anywhere it is stolen. And racists like Wells Fargo will not open a checking account and will give absolute no reason. They will especially target the black poor. And I am not even black. Actually they are one of the worst of all the other monopolies in my experience.
