- DMDario MataApr 15, 20241.0Was there to do a simple process of adding someone to my account, went during my lunch break since the branch near my house was closed since they are upgrading it, I went up to the counter and the person at the counter said they could help, went to their office. It took them 40min to finally call the help like because they could not figure out the new system, I basically wasted my whole lunch break there only to be told that it would be a longer wait from to get someone added to my account. It’s so disappointing that I now have to go back to work without having ate lunch because this person did not think to call the help line once she saw she could not figure out the process. I am very disappointed with the service I received today.
