- EPEsha PatelDec 22, 20251.0This is my go to bank for my business. Kimberly was rude to me and her colleagues. I was waiting in the drive thru line for about 15-20 mins still no help. I had already pre called and order my bank change I needed for my store. A lady (idk her name) was trying to help me. But she took the money from her hand and said no go help others and made me wait longer. Saying there’s 5 people line in the bank. It took them almost 40/45 mins and still no help. I had to leave the bank after waiting that long without my change. This is unacceptable. The only reason I didn’t go inside as she told me it’s already 5 people in line. The rest of the crew is amazing and helps you out whenever you go there.
