This is not a direct reflection on this actual location. More a review on this banking company. I opened an account online. You have to wait for a pin to come in SEPARATE from your debit card before you can use it. Thankfully I held off on making an initial deposit to the account. I went into a branch to set my pin (they have a service call your phone to set your pin). Once I left I went to try their ATM, pin didn't work. I thought... Ok maybe it needs time. I then decide to go to an ATM to deposit my cash from work. The pin works, the cash deposit goes through. I'm thinking yay! I go to spend MY money and what do you know, I can't! It is a Saturday so I don't even have the option to go inside and see what is going on. I call their customer service. They want to send a code to my phone for a security verification. They can't. HAHAHA Just 2 days prior they can call me with a code but can not text me a code. So now I have no choice but to wait until a Monday to go inside a branch. Thank God I kept some of my check because I'd have absolutely zero to my name since it is all tied up to in this bank. Horrible experience from the start. I do not recommend this company for banking.

I'm not a account holder but I went there around 2p.m 2:30 p.m. to cash a check. Teller was very kind to me. I was feeling kind of bed because my diabetes was off. I ask her could sit down and was friendly and she said sure I will bring your money to you and she had a peanut bar to me. I thank God for her. It is still caring people in this world. Thank you 1000🌟plus this is definitely the bank of the people. Great Job!!!

Bank to avoid: They changed my mortgage payment without notifying me. Instead of applying my automatic payments to principal and escrow as agreed, they redirected them to "late fees" — and this continued unnoticed until I saw a drop in my credit score.
Additionally, their 1-800 robocall begins by demanding my Social Security number. I don’t give that information to anyone who can’t first verify their own identity. This behavior is unacceptable and untrustworthy.
