- PPpmarreroSep 28, 20255.0Es el Banco que me exigió mi empleador para cobrar mis cheques. Un banco pequeño pero funcional. Cobras tus cheques, tienes Zelle para realizar transferencias al instante. Al principio siempre hay un pequeño inconveniente con esto debido a que los nuevos clientes deben pasar por medidas de seguridad. Solicité un préstamo personal y en 5 días ya me lo estaban entregando, demoró más de lo normal pues tardé en subir evidencia solicitada. Muy amable la señorita Grecia. Siempre al tanto de que resuelvas todos los inconveniente. Gracias TDECU.

I've been trying to get a debit card since it was stolen, for over a month, no response through their olb messaging center and to get to rep would take over an hour for a callback. I decided to close my account and still no response until 3 days later. In the time I waited 5 NSF fees hit my account, just checked my account ,closed and a generalized message saying they've been too busy and understaffed. Still no response to my original message when I asked for a card. I'm beyond disappointed. Moved my accounts to another CU and since I had to move my DD I accidently got NSF fees there. I didn't even have to ask but they offered to waive them all, TDECU was like crickets, no effort in memership retention. Glad I moved.
