- THTalitha HinesAug 9, 20252.0I normally don't have issues with this bank but I go to cash a check like I've done numerous times at this location and they tell me they can't cash it because I'm not the primary on the account. They don't know how EFS checks work. My name is on the account my name is on the check.... but they can't cash it.... so I went to a different location and was able to cash it so this location needs to do some research
