They don't know how EFS checks work. My name is on the account my name is on the check.... but they can't cash it.... so I went to a different location and was able to cash it so this location needs to do some research

I opened my account with them back in 2015 with Julie Hodges, she was absolutely amazing and to this day she is still just as amazing. Very knowledgeable and willing to help. Whether it’s in person, or on the phone they are always pleasant and ready to help you. We love the fact that if they are suspicious of a usage on your card they call you immediately to make sure it’s you. If you want a reliable and trustworthy bank take your business there
