- CKCarrie KearnsJul 15, 20251.0I have banked here for years and I thought they were a decent bank but they definitely care about the money over the customers. My husband got his check deposited a day late without our knowledge and we were charged multiple overdraft fees from prescheduled payments. I explained to them the situation and they made us wait 4 business days and 3 phone calls before deciding to finally decline waiving not even one fee. I explained to them that I was going through cancer treatment and we were trying to catch a break, they couldn't have cared less. Its an OK bank but don't expect them to have any concern for the customer.

- LDL DethrowApr 13, 20232.0They charge $5 to cash checks written on their own bank. If this is suppose to encourage people to open an account with them it has had the opposite effect on me. I would never open an account with them. I'm giving them 2 stars because their staff is very nice.
