  I just started using Kenny Tidrow Edward Jones financial advisor and he put me at ease and made me feel like I was investing properly with the direction I needed to go to my portfolio. And Rita,Shaver Office administrator she sweet and kind and makes you feel welcome. Together they make a good team. Highly recommend this branch of Edward Jones.

  I always thought positive things about Edward Jones, but that changed quickly. I drove by several times and said to myself, “one day I will invest there, since is so close to home.” I did my research online at Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Edward Jones, etc. Should I mention that Edward Jones was my top one choice. I finally had time to go to Edward Jones with the money to invest to fully load my Roth For 2020 & 2021. The place was closed 15 minutes earlier, the door was closed, someone approached the door, opened half way, no introduction, and I stated that I had questions about opening an IRA. I was told, “We are closed and you cannot come in you know because of Covid”. While employees were inside without a mask. I was told “ I can give you my card and you can call...”. I said, “No thank you” and I walked away. I came home continue my research and opened an account at Charles Schwab.... “You know because of Covid.” The Power of Moments should be a must read for the employees at this business . I have to say that It does not take much to please me but when I was willing to put my money, my future, family’s future in their hands the feeling was not there. I mean I am willing to put my financial life in your hands and you cannot answer a couple of questions....
