- JBJeremy BruceJul 19, 20191.0Simply tried to make a small check deposit and a withdraw at drive through but can't be done even though I sent my card with 90 insurance refund check was told I needed my i.d. to make this deposit? I understand why you need it for a withdraw but a deposit? Told had to come in to make a withdraw I keep a fairly large sum at compass but with lack of atm and poor customer service not sure why I use multiple banks maybe its time to ditch them for credit unions
