There was a pending charge on the old account I wasn't aware of and they didn't inform me of. They charged me 15 months worth of fee's from that old account with no warning letter's or anything. I called the bank to see what the charge was for and Natalie was excellent and tried to help me in every way. I was told to call the main branch and the guy I spoke to told me there was nothing I can do and laughed about it. Do not do business with them. Very very shady bank.
