    No one's Perfect and Everyone has Struggles. I Clearly showed them, I made an Attempt to put my account in the Positive Status."On the Same Day 11/28/25,from the Picture I posted".When I was only in the Negative, because of the Overdraft Charge. And they wouldn't Refund it, because on their computer Said my Posting $50 didn't hit till December 1rst. But on my End from their FFB App, I in fact Put money on the same day,I went Negative. I've had previous problems with a similar Situation. Putting my account in the Positive on the same Day,from their Outside ATM's. And had to have previous Overdraft fees refunded, due to their Equipment being out of Service. The Main Female Manger is who i spoke with. Once I get her name I'll edit and post it on here. Pictures are in Detail.

    I’ve banked with First Financial the last year and the last 2 months I’ve called to try to Refinance my car the Loan officer is always on lunch I’ve been told I’ll get a call back with 10 to 15 min and no one calls me. Last week I just did an online application they pulled my credit but I never got a call back to see if I was approved or not so I called today and the lady that is dealing with my loan isn’t answering go figure! I’m just going to close my account and take my business else where
