- SNSamantha NietoAug 14, 20251.0I had my appointment with Munira Huda and she was really unprofessional. On my arrival she was saying she was fixing to cancel my appointment because I was late, didn’t bother asking if I had a reason. I went in because I have an existing joint account and wanted to open one for myself only. I was confused on if the person I have a joint account would be able to see my new account because all accounts were going to show up on my online banking. Do to my confusion she asked if I had a problem understanding English! She proceeded to say “Do you need me to bring a lauguage translator so you can understand?” I felt very discriminated because although I am Hispanic I speak fluent English. I did proceed with the appointment because it was my only free time to do this. I am 33 years and and Hispanic but I have never felt more discriminated and talked down to. I will never go back with her!
- JCJennifer CopeFeb 20, 20201.0My sister was shorted $1000 today. They did fix it, but not with out being called a liar and basically a thief. It was the tellers fault. Lucia was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She was completely unprofessional. The manager I dont remember her name, I think Cindy ( blonde hair) was very nice and definitely was trying to right the wrong, Lucia started, on top of being extremely busy in the drive thru line. I have never seen someone act like Lucia did in this line of work. Not only that, never once apologized or even acted sorry after it being found to be her at fault.
