  I had my appointment with Munira Huda and she was really unprofessional. On my arrival she was saying she was fixing to cancel my appointment because I was late, didn’t bother asking if I had a reason. I went in because I have an existing joint account and wanted to open one for myself only. I was confused on if the person I have a joint account would be able to see my new account because all accounts were going to show up on my online banking. Do to my confusion she asked if I had a problem understanding English! She proceeded to say “Do you need me to bring a lauguage translator so you can understand?” I felt very discriminated because although I am Hispanic I speak fluent English. I did proceed with the appointment because it was my only free time to do this. I am 33 years and and Hispanic but I have never felt more discriminated and talked down to. I will never go back with her!

  Very rude teller. I came in Friday at 4:30 and only one teller to the far left dirty blonde hair was open. I asked if my minor son could open an account without a parent account and was told no. So we wanted to cash a Wells Fargo check and told her that we would just like to cash it: I came with my ID and his birth certificate. She had him sign it, then me endorse it “Minor By” on the back. Then she asks for my account information which I already informed her I didn’t have an account. She then said they couldn’t cash it. I said you know that’s wrong why would you go this far I said to her I wish you would have said that before having me endorse it. She said “I wish you were an account holder” with a shrug very stuck up response and the look she gave with it. I would never bank here. I love banking with Regions and only came here so my son could cash his check. By the way he was able to cash this same check in the past with no ID and no parent present when he went in with the account holder who wrote it. Make it make sense.

  I highly Recommend Wells Fargo Bank, especially because of the outstanding service I received recently from my personal banker Munira Huda.. Munira has been so supportive and has offered me tremendous advice. Her professionalism and genuine care for her clients really stands out. I would recommend her to anyone looking for excellent banking support.

  This branch either needs more chairs or more bank employees, too long of a wait for a Saturday. Can there be just one employee dealing with temp. Debit card issues?
