  This place is not very knowledgeable. I talked to the Mortgage estate department about my mom mortgage and the people there that was scanning the paperwork and didn’t even know what was needed even though I told them that that’s what the lady told me and they tried to argue with me. I would not bank here it’s a shitty bank. They need to educate themselves especially since they are a big corporation and this is why I only bank with credit unions!

  I went in to see why my account had over $150 in overdraft fees on an account that I was told I did not have overdraft on, and why my paycheck was being held hostage for over a week without them cashing it, I talked to Donna Renee Lavigne and she claimed it was at their discretion to let overdrafts go through, I repeatedly explained to her that I told them when I signed up for an account that I did not want overdraft protection and you have to connect another bank account just to have overdraft protection which I did not, she explained to me that I could change to a different account but before she did that she allowed 300 more dollars in charges to go through making my account an exorbitant amount of negative, the branch manager stood by while hearing this and did nothing about it this is a horrible place to bank Donna is a horrible person do not take your business to this thing once my check clears I will be closing my account never do business with Wells Fargo nocona

  This location was a far drive for us, but we made it in due time. Upon arrival, we were greeted by JaDu, and she helped us complete the process. We were their way after closing, but she was patient with us and kept us informed about the process. The crew also stayed and waited till everything was completed.

  I hate all of Wells Fargo Bsnks! They scam people out of millions if not more and they do business dirty! I hate them all!
