- WMWilliam McarthurSep 23, 20251.0I went in to see why my account had over $150 in overdraft fees on an account that I was told I did not have overdraft on, and why my paycheck was being held hostage for over a week without them cashing it, I talked to Donna Renee Lavigne and she claimed it was at their discretion to let overdrafts go through, I repeatedly explained to her that I told them when I signed up for an account that I did not want overdraft protection and you have to connect another bank account just to have overdraft protection which I did not, she explained to me that I could change to a different account but before she did that she allowed 300 more dollars in charges to go through making my account an exorbitant amount of negative, the branch manager stood by while hearing this and did nothing about it this is a horrible place to bank Donna is a horrible person do not take your business to this thing once my check clears I will be closing my account never do business with Wells Fargo nocona

Moving from California to Oklahoma and didn't realize that there are no Wells Fargo branches in Oklahoma! Drive down to this branch in Texas to send a wire and get some bank activity certified to send to the title company. Brandy went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you again for a great experience and really appreciate everything you did for me.

We were their way after closing, but she was patient with us and kept us informed about the process. The crew also stayed and waited till everything was completed.
