- MMmanon moweryMay 28, 20245.0Not a customer here, but we took shelter during severe weather and they were the best hosts i’ve ever had. If they take care of your money half as well as they took care of us, you’re in good hands. They gave us ice cream and water and helped with any questions we had, especially when our phone data stopped working. 10/10 would get stuck here in severe weather again.

The customer service that they give is very welcoming . The employees at this branch seem to make it a point to get to know their customers by name and engaging in small talk. They go over and beyond any experience I have ever had at any other bank . And also the drive up ATM was smartly set up with it being open on one side so that wider vehicles or if pulling a trailer is easily accessible to get through without any issues. My overall experience so far has been very positive at the New Waverly location.
