Your Wells Fargo branch located on Loop 337 in New Braunfels, Tx deserves a 5 plus for friendliness and their customers service. You corporate minded people need to study on customer service. Since the removal of the branch at the local Walmart you except your customers on the east side of a town of nearly 120,000 people (New Braunfels ranks No. 2 in US for largest population increase) to travel to the west side to go to a ATM machine or to a branch office, no wonder some of my friends and family members has decided to leave Wells Fargo. Great customer service does equal to better profits levels, something you should had learn in college, Marketing 101.
- JMJo MendozaJul 12, 20251.0Been with Wells Fargo for many years. Hours are very inconvenient 9AM-5PM & 9AM-12PM!! Open late & close early!! This isn't customer service hours. This is what's convenient for the business. Just like you I have working hours too. When I go to work you are closed & get off from work you are closed. Online isn't always convenient either. Need to look for another bank!! One that's actually OPEN normal hours.. Back in a day you opened by 7AM & closed at 6PM. I am very disappointed with this bank. Plus you need more convenient bank locations. Current locations are too far!! In Walmart location was very convenient.

So we made an appointment for 9am another day when they opened and they took another couple anyway and we had to wait again, no explanation or apology. Worst experience at a Wells Fargo I’ve ever had.
