No drivers license returned and then they couldn't find it. Maybe I dropped in it my car, you mean my lap that I am sitting right here looking at? Obviously, my license is sitting in someone else's wallet or purse right now having been sent back through another lanes tube. Also, when has it become practice to deposit a check without showing proper ID (and not having a deposit slip), never! I have always been asked for my drivers license when depositing checks which is why I sent it with my debit card. I will not be using this location again.

The manager, Chris has tried to be helpful. The remainder of the so called bankers are not very helpful. Even after my account has been closed for 3 weeks I am still having issues.
