She was my first point of contact and every single time I'm here never ceases to acknowledge me come over and somehow managed to remember the last conversation we had. I live in San Marcos and I drive the 15 almost 20 minutes to this location just so I can get the great customer service and just so I can get a "hi" from Rachel. Everyone's great. Don't get me wrong but Rachel is absolutely top-tier customer service.
