First red flag was they had no loan officers on site and you speak to a loan officer via video conference. Second they couldn’t find the vehicle records properly. Third they told me they expect the seller to hand over the title to the vehicle and have it recorded in the buyer’s name before they would cut the seller a check. Sounds like this credit union has poor leadership and does not want or need new business. No person in their right mind would do that! BEWARE!
