- MGMichaela GipsonOct 8, 20251.0I would not recommend working with Adam Rhodes at Edward Jones. His office mailboxes were broken into, and our contribution checks were stolen. Despite this serious security issue, we were never notified. I reached out three separate times—leaving voicemails and messages with his assistant—and never received a response. When I finally called to inform the office that we were switching advisors, Adam got on the phone and casually said he’d heard “something about the mailboxes being broken into.” When I confirmed that we were never notified, his only response was “Understood, best of luck to you,” before abruptly hanging up. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable—especially when it involves clients’ financial security. I would strongly advise others to consider a different advisor.
