They also don't like it when you go there right before closing time. Their lobby hours are very restricted and changed frequently based on their own convenience. The bank is good, needville location is not. I have 6 accounts with them and still get treated like that.

Had everything that was needed to open the account but the woman insisted there was not time to open the account before she left for the day and insisted we come back tomorrow. Needless to say we won’t be back. We will open an account elsewhere. I would give zero stars if that was possible. I was born and raised in Needville and for the employees of the bank to be so rude is embarrassing.
