- SMSulema MagañaJan 4, 20231.0They do not know what they are doing or not aware of wellsfargo protocols, I came to this location to exchange some euros (bills not coins) since I had some left after my trip, ( I am a costumer here) there was 2 tellers and they both told me I couldn’t exchange my euros because I bought them with them(nonsense) I kindly told the teller (geriatric age) I called wellsfargo previously and they told me I could, but they just said no. I came THE SAME DAY to the wellsfargo on twin city, ( I had to drive 13 minutes to another branch) when I get there no questions asked the teller did the transaction, done deal 5 minutes I was out.
