- SCSusan CreelJan 27, 20225.0I am not a member of DuGood but when my elderly father recently had open heart surgery and my mom misplaced her purse at the hospital, Dana LeBlanc and her team in Member Services bent over backwards to help. They did everything they could to help my mom close her debit cards and even called her directly to make things less stressful for both of them. Great job DuGood! Thanks for going above and beyond.
