- RFRussell FoggOct 8, 20254.0Most of the time it's 5 🌟. Occasionally they're busy. I wanted once for 5 mins to talk to a rep, was ignored, they could have said give me 5-10 mins. And only one rep working. But the other 9 times we've been in there everything was running smoothly and no hassles.

And then tell them how you wont help them get back thousands of their money. And then i went into the branch to get help amd was told you don't handle those claims ( which is fine ) but, i tell the man i was pulling all of my loans and money out of this institution he says " would you like me to do that now?" No im so sorry this happened or is there anything we can do to help keep you as a customer? As of 1/4, all of it is being withdrawn and my loan ( with ten times better rate) is going away! Go read their fb page. This has happened to hundreds of their customers. Oh and i will be with the rest of those customers seeking a attorney.
